When someone signs up using your affiliate link, their account is assigned to your affiliate code and any future purchases they make are linked to you.

If someone already has an account that was not created via your affiliate link, purchases cannot be assigned to you. It is not possible to change the affiliate assignment of an existing account. When someone already has an account on Ideal House, or they signed up through a different affiliate link, or a different device, they are not linked to your affiliate account. It is not possible to retroactively assign users to accounts.

When a customer cancels the subscription, you stop receiving commissions. When the same customer resubscribes later, you start receiving commissions again.

Depending on where customers are located, purchases can be made in different currencies. For your commission however, all orders are calculated as if they were made in the respective USD price of the purchased product.

As long as your account balance is above the minimum payment threshold ($40), you can initiate a payment request. When you receive sales commissions, they will immediately show as 'Pending' in your affiliate account. After 45 days, when the orders are confirmed, your account balance will be updated to the final commission. Distributions are only done through PayPal. All payments are made in USD.

Yes. We require an invoice to initiate the commission. However, we could provide the template upon request if you need us to.

Our affiliate cookies are valid for 7 days, meaning that if a visitor clicks your affiliate link and signs up using the same device/browser within 7 days their account is linked to you and you receive a commission for each payment made for that account (no matter when that purchase is made).

When a visitor clicks multiple affiliate links before creating an account, the first affiliate link within 7 days wins. That means, before registration, this user is linked to you via your affiliate link within 7 days. If this user doesn’t register an account on Ideal House within the next 7 days, it would be linked to another affiliate link this user clicks.

You are not allowed to promote your affiliate link: in third-party ad networks(For example: Google, Bing...) in affiliate networks in PPC advertisements on websites about coupons, discounts or deals on toolbar-fueled websites on gambling or gaming websites by promising forwarding of commissions to customers ('cashback') in unsolicited messages without consent and legal basis (Spam) by violating applicable law or the Affiliate Program Agreement If you are in doubt about what methods are permitted, contact us in advance as violations can result in the cancellation of your affiliate account.
