• If you are on one of our paid Subscriptions (Paid Subscriber), ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights in any Content you or your Authorized Users create while using the Platform will vest in you upon creation. • If you are on one of our free Subscriptions (Free Subscriber), ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights in any Output you or your Authorized Users create while using the Platform will vest in us. Monitoring and Enforcement; Termination

About Subscription

Ideal House provides users with subscription plans. After subscribing, users can obtain corresponding rights and interests.

• Subscribe to a Plan: Go to https://ideal.house/member to view detailed information of different subscription plans and select a plan that meets your needs for subscription.
• Automatic Renewal: Your payment method on file with our third party payment processor will be automatically charged at the end of each monthly or annual billing period.
• Cancel subscription: Go to https://ideal.house/member to cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

If you cancel your Subscription, you will continue to have access to the applicable Service and any Content you created through the end of your current billing period. Your account will be downgraded to Free Plan at the end of the billing period.

Refund Policy

• Refunds within 7 Days: For orders placed within the last 7 days, you may apply for a refund by contacting our customer service. The refund rules are as follows: Refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining days of your membership corresponding to the order.
• Refunds after 7 Days: For orders placed more than 7 days ago, a refund may be requested for the following valid reasons by contacting our customer service (we will assess the reasonableness and authenticity of the request, thus refunds are not guaranteed in this situation): Our software is unable to function properly for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days). In the event of purchasing an incorrect package, it is possible to exchange it for another package available from . In the event of duplicate purchases caused by payment platform issues.
