The site offers views of the Meydan golf course to the east and the city and downtown area to the west. The design of the Taupe Residence is characterized by an efficient, pure form derived from its square site. The building presents a pure mass with carefully carved balconies and openings that contribute to its aesthetic and functional aspects. The selection of materials prioritized durability and cost-effectiveness, ensuring the project's robustness while managing expenses. Interior spaces are efficiently arranged around a central core to minimize circulation areas, thereby maximizing the usable private open space, both indoors and outdoors.
