Recognizing that the homeowners, who only possessed one car, did not require an extensive driveway leading to their garage (which they repurposed into a home gym), Sheth collaborated with landscape architect Anooshey Rahim, principal of Dune Hai. Together, they planned to convert the long stretch of land into a vibrant, plant-filled retreat that would also incorporate distinct zones for dining and lounging.
