Local Artist Mary Jo Hoffman Expands STILL to Include New Zen Collection

Shoreview artist and photographer Mary Jo Hoffman has introduced her first fine art collection, the Zen Collection, building upon the success of her STILL blog. Hoffman's STILL blog, initiated in 2012, gained national recognition, leading to collaborations with brands such as Target and West Elm. The blog features daily photographs of natural elements like rocks, flowers, seedpods, bird eggs, spiders, and frogs, discovered around her home near Turtle Lake. These images, captured against a white background, are characterized by their simplicity and serene aesthetic, attracting a dedicated following. The Zen Collection is a carefully curated set of seven images, designed as a single-source gallery wall. These images reflect Hoffman's distinctive photographic style, focusing on the natural ephemera she encounters. The selection emphasizes beauty, balanced composition, tranquility, and a harmonized color palette, making the collection versatile enough to complement various interior styles, from urban high-rises to lakeside cabins, and suitable for both new and older homes, as well as spaces like yoga studios or Zen retreats. The prints in the Zen Collection are signed and numbered, measuring 11 inches by 17 inches. They are produced on museum-quality Hahnemühle cotton-rag photo paper, ensuring high artistic standards. The collection features diverse natural subjects, including the delicate skeleton of a leaf, a stone arrangement reminiscent of Andy Goldsworthy's work, a subtly fading feather, and a bird's nest filled with eggs. Each print is intended to evoke a sense of calm and natural elegance. Offered at a price of $630, the prints are delivered in a custom-made, acid-free, pH-neutral archival French folio, designed for the long-term preservation of fine art. This price also covers shipping and applicable taxes. Hoffman aimed to create an extraordinary offering that upholds her personal standards for simple beauty, minimalist tranquility, and the highest possible quality, marking the Zen Collection as her venture into the realm of fine art. #MaryJoHoffman #ZenCollection #FineArtPhotography #STILLBlog #NaturePhotography #HomeDecor #InteriorDesign #ArtCollection #MaryJoHoffman #ZenCollection #FineArtPhotography #STILLBlog #NaturePhotography #HomeDecor #InteriorDesign #ArtCollection
