4 homes soon to hit the market in Madison via Veridian Homes
The real estate market in Madison is currently highly competitive, with homes selling quickly and often above their asking price. On average, homes are sold after 38 days on the market, a decrease from 47 days last year. Hot homes, in particular, can sell for approximately 6% over the list price and go pending in about 26 days. Last month, 56.8% of homes sold above their initial asking price. This fast-paced environment makes it challenging for prospective buyers to secure a home.
