Pemberton Brompton two bedroom static caravan review

Pemberton, a well-established manufacturer of holiday homes with over six decades of experience, has released its latest model, the two-bedroom Brompton static caravan. This 42ft x 13ft single unit is built on a pre-galvanized, twin-axle chassis and offers customers a choice of external cladding options including Canexel, vinyl, aluminum, and timber, all complemented by a pitched roof clad in pantile-effect Plastisol coated galvanized steel. Standard features enhance comfort and efficiency, including PVC-U double glazing, gas combi central heating with thermostatic radiator valves, and low-energy lighting. The Brompton provides three entry points: a front door opening into a hallway, French doors in the lounge's end wall, and a sliding patio door in the dining area. Upon entering the hallway through the front door, one turns left into the kitchen and dining area. The lounge is situated beyond these areas, separated by a pair of sliding doors. The lounge is furnished with a sofa bed and two armchairs, along with several display cabinets. A remote-controlled flame-effect electric fireplace is positioned on the home's front wall, with a TV point above it. The separation of the lounge from the kitchen and dining area by sliding doors creates a cozy atmosphere, while the vaulted ceiling, French doors, and window units in the end, front, and rear walls ensure a bright and airy living space. The L-shaped kitchen features a sink unit along the home’s back wall, with options for a compact dishwasher, washer dryer, or washing machine instead of standard cupboard storage. The kitchen also includes additional base units, a built-in oven, and a four-burner hob, topped with a curved glass fume extractor. A notable detail is the absence of tiling between the hob and extractor, with only a low-height splashback and textured wallpaper that could potentially be affected by cooking fumes. However, standard inclusions such as an under-counter fridge, an integrated microwave, and a large Velux-style rooflight in the ceiling are commendable. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, furnished with a glass-topped table featuring cross-timber legs and four padded-back chairs. Moving from the kitchen back into the hallway leads to the night-time accommodation. The second bedroom, the first door on the left, is equipped with two divan beds (with a sofa bed as an option), each featuring a padded headboard. A bedside cabinet is located between the beds, and wall cupboards with reading lights are installed above each bed. Opposite the foot of the bed, a wardrobe unit composed of two single wardrobes, three drawers, and three shelves provides ample storage. On the other side of the doorway, a dressing table with padded seats, a large framed mirror, and a cupboard unit with two downlights complete the setup. This second bedroom is highlighted as a significant feature of the Brompton. The main bedroom, located further down the hallway, boasts a 5ft divan bed with a large padded headboard and attractive reading lights on either side. A double wardrobe unit with four framed mirror doors is positioned opposite the foot of the bed. The en-suite bathroom is next, followed by a dressing table and chair, two drawers, a large mirror, and an overhead unit with two cupboards and shelves, illuminated by downlights. The en-suite includes a large rectangular shower cubicle, a circular washbasin on an open vanity unit, and a low-level toilet. This configuration is largely mirrored in the home’s main shower room at the end of the hallway, with the vanity unit in the main shower room featuring doors for enclosed storage. The Pemberton Brompton comes with a three-year warranty, subject to terms and conditions, and is presented as a holiday home designed for comfortable long-term living. The ex-works price for the Pemberton Brompton is £53,993, with additional charges for transportation, commissioning, siting, and annual maintenance to be confirmed with park operators and/or distributors. #StaticCaravan #HolidayHome #PembertonBrompton #CaravanReview #InteriorDesign #BedroomDesign #KitchenDesign #LeisureHomes #HomeAmenities #StaticCaravan #HolidayHome #PembertonBrompton #CaravanReview #InteriorDesign #BedroomDesign #KitchenDesign #LeisureHomes #HomeAmenities
