Viola Park's New Kitchen Islands
Viola Park, a division of Henrybuilt, has launched three new kitchen island models, expanding its modular kitchen system offerings. Henrybuilt and Viola Park are recognized among leading modern kitchen system providers, including notable brands like Snaidero, Berloni, Scavolini, Pedini, Boffi, Poliform, and Bulthaup. The newly introduced islands are all manufactured in the company's Seattle facility, with the B.1 unit highlighted for its airy design.
The B series islands, including the B.1, feature open-end shelves that double as legs, offering both functionality and aesthetic appeal. These units can be acquired either fully assembled or as a DIY kit. Despite being Viola Park's modular line, distinct from Henrybuilt’s entirely customizable kitchens, they still provide numerous customization options. Customers can choose from Corian, Paperstone, or stainless steel for the countertops. The islands are available in widths of 24, 30, or 36 inches and can extend up to 11 feet in length, accommodating various kitchen sizes and layouts.
A significant innovation integrated into many of the new islands is the Pivot Storage System. This system is designed to maximize counter space by mounting storage units directly below the counter. These wood bins can be configured to hold knives, utensils, or serve as a garbage bin, keeping essential items organized and within easy reach without cluttering the main work surface. Another new addition is the In-Counter Storage Modules, also developed as a space-saving solution. These modules are ideal for storing frequently used items such as bread and garlic, further contributing to a clear and efficient prep area.
In addition to the B series, Viola Park is also introducing the A series of kitchen islands. The A.1 model in this series features drawers and an optional wheeled base, providing mobility and additional storage flexibility. The C line, the third new series, is similar to the B line but replaces the open shelves with partially open drawer units, offering a different aesthetic and storage configuration. The A series islands come with a choice of steel legs or casters for enhanced mobility. These new kitchen islands are priced within a range of $5,000 to $12,000, offering various options to suit different preferences and budgets.
