Loggia Multi-Colored carpet by Talk Carpet
Talk Carpet, a prominent flooring brand, has introduced its latest product, the Loggia Multi-Colored carpet, drawing inspiration from a 15th-century Italian mural. This new flooring option is a result of the Talk Carpet team's exploration of Italy, specifically the Loggia del Consiglio in Verona, a Renaissance building erected in 1476. The carpet's distinctive pattern directly references a mural found on one of the building's facades, which features a grid-like arrangement of multi-colored squares.
The design of the Loggia Multi-Colored carpet reinterprets this historical mural by employing a palette of muted tones, including yellow, khaki green, mint green, and red. Christophe Prosper Rammant, the founder of Talk Carpet, highlighted that each square in the carpet incorporates the same shading as the original mural's squares. This particular shading technique is intended to create a three-dimensional effect, giving the illusion that the squares extend outwards from the carpet's surface and thereby adding an immediate sense of depth and dimension to any space where it is installed.
The Loggia Multi-Colored carpet is an integral part of Talk Carpet's custom carpet program, which offers customers a high degree of personalization. Through this program, clients have the flexibility to select their preferred pattern, color scheme, material composition, and specific dimensions to perfectly match their interior design requirements. This customization option allows for unique and tailored flooring solutions that cater to individual tastes and spatial needs.
Beyond its aesthetic and customizable features, Talk Carpet demonstrates a commitment to social responsibility. One percent of all sales generated from its products, including the Loggia Multi-Colored carpet, are donated to the Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS (DIFFA) charity. This initiative underscores the brand's dedication to contributing to a charitable cause, integrating philanthropy into its business model.
The Loggia Multi-Colored carpet by Talk Carpet represents a fusion of historical art and contemporary design. It offers a unique flooring solution inspired by cultural heritage while providing modern customization options and contributing to social good. The product is available through Talk Carpet, and further inquiries can be directed via email.
