Modern prefab Topol-27 can be built in under 24 hours
The Topol-27 is a contemporary country cabin designed by Moscow firm Bio Architects, offering a move-in ready solution that can be set up in under 24 hours. The prefab tiny home is delivered as a single, turn-key module, simplifying the installation process for owners. Its name, Topol-27, is derived from its compact 27-square-meter footprint, which efficiently integrates essential living spaces.
Within this small area, the design successfully incorporates a bedroom, dressing room, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The aesthetic of the cabin leans towards a rustic style, characterized by a pitched roof, an elongated silhouette, and distinctive smokestack-style chimneys. A metal framework elevates the entire structure off the ground, a practical design choice that also creates a small front terrace, enhancing the outdoor living experience.
A key feature of the Topol-27 is its strategic placement of the bedroom. It is positioned adjacent to a large glazed section, with the bed elevated on a plinth. This configuration is specifically designed to maximize and capitalize on the surrounding views, bringing the natural environment indoors.
The interior of the tiny home is designed with a neutral backdrop, utilizing grey flooring and oak paneling. This provides a versatile canvas for buyers to personalize their space. The cabin comes fully furnished and equipped, including lighting fixtures, kitchen appliances, curtains, dishes, and cutlery. This comprehensive outfitting means that new owners only need to perform minimal tasks, such as making the bed and hanging towels, to settle in immediately. The manufacturing of the Topol-27 is handled by DublDom, a company specializing in such prefabricated structures.
