The renovation updated lighting, AV, and security while preserving the original infrastructure, creating a seamless blend of old and new technology through thoughtful engineering. Audio Impact (2024) also tackled a unique challenge with the Sliding Glass Wall Smart Home, where massive sliding glass walls replaced traditional doors. Integrators installed sensors, lighting, and climate controls that adapted to open-concept living, ensuring energy efficiency and user comfort in a luxurious environment. Innovative Sight and Sound (2024) brought to life a Star Wars Home Theater, inspired by the Millennium Falcon. This immersive theater featured custom visuals, lighting, audio, fiber-optic star ceilings, authentic props, and tactile controls, showcasing themed AV craftsmanship. Finally, Elite AVL (2024) highlighted an Illuminated Staircase Lighting project, which became a dramatic centerpiece in a luxury home.
