The central design challenge involved establishing a cohesive connection between the home’s entrance and its circulation path, ultimately leading to the living area that faces the sea. The resulting promenade facilitates this journey, guiding inhabitants through the residence while strategically distributing more private spaces along its course. This alleyway generates a series of transitional zones and two small courtyards that provide access to the bedrooms.
