Yellow accent tiles and pendant lights with yellow bands add a vibrant touch. The kitchen benefits from two exposures and provides direct access to the rear yard. Further interior amenities include a butler’s pantry equipped with modern built-ins and a door leading to a rear staircase. This staircase descends to a laundry room, a full bathroom, and a recreation room in the finished English basement. The basement also has a street-facing entrance. The second full bathroom is located on the bedroom floor. The bedroom level includes two large bedrooms at the front and rear, connected by a passthrough, and two smaller bedrooms.
