Talk of the Town

The article highlights the recent addition of AubreyMaxwell, a San Francisco-based interior design and art advisory firm, to the prestigious roster of designers contributing to the luxurious 181 Fremont development. Completed just over a year ago, 181 Fremont has garnered numerous awards for its seismic safety, engineering, and design, attracting top-tier interior designers such as Orlando Diaz-Azcuy and his firm ODADA, Charles DeLisle, MASS Beverly, and Kendall Wilkinson. AubreyMaxwell is a partnership between Robbie McMillan and Marcus Keller. Robbie McMillan brings over a decade of experience in merchandising and product development, having worked with prominent companies like Restoration Hardware and McGuire Furniture. In his role as Director of Merchandising and Marketing at McGuire Furniture, McMillan was instrumental in guiding the development and visual merchandising processes, collaborating with renowned international guest designers including Bill Sofield, Barbara Barry, Thomas Pheasant, Laura Kirar, and Robert Kuo. His extensive background across a diverse range of design styles has shaped his approach to creating distinctive interiors that possess both visual depth and a targeted aesthetic. Marcus Keller complements McMillan's design expertise with decades of experience in business development within the construction and business services sectors. Keller is responsible for expanding AubreyMaxwell's network and opportunities. He has also demonstrated a strong commitment to the San Francisco Bay Area arts community, serving as Co-Chair of SFMOMA’s SECA (Society for the Encouragement of Contemporary Art), participating on the SF Arts Commission Gallery Advisory Board, and acting as a Board of Directors Trustee for the Creative Growth Art Center. Together, McMillan and Keller have meticulously curated spaces at 181 Fremont. Their design philosophy seamlessly integrates the timeless elegance of mid-century modern furniture with avant-garde contemporary paintings and sculptures. The resulting interiors are characterized by a refined sophistication that remains accessible and relatable, demonstrating a harmonious blend of classic and contemporary elements within the ultra-luxury residential setting. #InteriorDesign #LuxuryRealEstate #AubreyMaxwell #SanFrancisco #HomeDecor #ModernDesign #ArtAdvisory #ArchitecturalExcellence #InteriorDesign #LuxuryRealEstate #AubreyMaxwell #SanFrancisco #HomeDecor #ModernDesign #ArtAdvisory #ArchitecturalExcellence
