Formerly a damp, uninviting space primarily used for mechanical equipment, the cellar was completely overhauled and converted into an inviting, 1970s-inspired family recreation area. The reimagined lower level now encompasses a media room, a home gym, a new powder room, a laundry room, and ample storage. Existing brick arches were incorporated into the design, creating cozy, defined rooms, and a gold-upholstered banquette in the media room was ingeniously integrated as part of a structural bench footing.
