In the kitchen, a side entrance was sealed to accommodate a new Viking stove and slate-tile backsplash. Custom cabinets with antique glass panes and Restoration Hardware light fixtures were installed, along with a built-to-order island designed with an extended countertop for comfortable seating. Lisa Hellman aimed for a classic farmhouse style, simple and clean, which is reflected in her vintage yellowware collection displayed in the dining room on a 100-year-old pine hutch, holding fresh produce and antlers found on the property.
