Home of the Week: Sharon town home comes with golf membership
This blog post features a new Colonial duplex town home in Sharon, Massachusetts, priced at nearly $1.15 million. This to-be-built unit offers two bedrooms and 2.5 baths across 2,800 square feet, with a monthly fee of $468. A significant highlight of this property is its location, just steps away from the Cape Club of Sharon, a golf course that has replaced the Spring Valley Country Club.
