Apple's iPhone 16 series comes in several colors. Here's every option available.
The iPhone 16 series introduces a refreshed palette of color options, differentiating between the base models (iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus) and the Pro models (iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max). The base models move away from the pastel shades of the iPhone 15, adopting deeper and more vibrant colors, while the Pro models maintain a sophisticated, conservative aesthetic with a new addition. Both lines feature distinct material finishes, including color-infused glass and titanium frames, contributing to their overall visual appeal.
The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus are available in five colors: Ultramarine, Teal, Pink, Black, and White. These models utilize aluminum frames and color-infused glass panels for the rear and camera modules. The design often creates a two- or tri-tone effect, with the frosted rear glass appearing lighter and the camera island and aluminum frame featuring deeper, more saturated hues. Ultramarine, a new blue with a purple tint, and Teal, a new blend of green and blue, are introduced. The Pink option is more vibrant than its iPhone 15 predecessor. Black offers a classic neutral look, with the frosted glass being a dark gray and the frame and camera module being a true black. White is a new, pure white option, distinguishing itself from the iPhone 14’s Starlight, with a consistent white across the glass and camera island, complemented by a matte silvery brushed metal frame.
For the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max, four titanium finishes are offered: Desert Titanium, Natural Titanium, Black Titanium, and White Titanium. These premium models feature frosted matte titanium frames and rear glass panels. The camera units are made of clear glass, matching the color of the rear panel, except for the Black Titanium, which has a deeper black camera unit. The titanium frames generally present a slightly darker shade than the rest of the phone. Desert Titanium is a new color, characterized by a warm, light golden hue for the glass and camera, and a deeper gold for the frame.
Natural Titanium, a carryover from the iPhone 15 Pro, provides a deep silver color with a subtle warm tone on the rear glass and camera. Black Titanium and White Titanium are also returning neutral options, offering versatility for case choices. The Black Titanium model features a deeper black for its camera island and frame compared to its rear glass panel. The White Titanium variant is notable for its uniform white appearance across the glass and camera, with a silvery brushed metallic finish on its frame. Each color option is meticulously designed to appeal to different aesthetic preferences, from vibrant and playful to classic and luxurious, underscoring Apple's attention to detail in product design.
