The Bellevue Hill home of model Georgia Fowler and her Fishbowl founder husband is for sale
The Bellevue Hill penthouse owned by model Georgia Fowler and Fishbowl founder Nathan Dalah is currently on the market, scheduled for auction in November. Located in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, this luxurious three-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment is listed with Ray White Double Bay, with a price guide of $6.8 million. Nathan Dalah acquired the garden apartment, situated within the exclusive Palomar complex in Bellevue Hill, off the plan in 2021 for $6.6 million.
The couple's decision to sell comes as they relocate to the United States, where Georgia Fowler plans to resume her modelling career in New York and Nathan Dalah intends to expand his Fishbowl franchise. The apartment, spanning an entire floor, is characterized by its grand proportions and chic, neutral aesthetic. Key design elements include terrazzo tiles, stone-clad exteriors, limestone floors, marble accents, and exposed timber beams, all contributing to a luxe Mediterranean sensibility.
Originally designed in 1928 in the Spanish Mission style, the building on Drumalbyn Road retains its historical charm while incorporating state-of-the-art finishes and luxury design elements for a modern Australian feel. The striking façade features a white brick finish and arched bronze windows, offering views of the harbour. The interior design of the development was executed by Lawless & Meyerson, with MHNDUnion as the architect and RnB as the developer.
The kitchen, which was updated by the couple, is a notable feature, boasting an enormous marble slab, Super White-style marble countertops, and handmade Moroccan Zellige tiles, all contributing to a subtle Mediterranean ambiance. Exposed timber beams are prominent throughout many rooms, complemented by built-in stone benches nestled beneath the arched windows. Arched doorways lead to a garden oasis, where the couple added a pool, with stone cladding further enhancing the space.
The ground-floor apartment also includes grand archways opening to a Moroccan-style courtyard. One of the bedrooms provides access to a terrace paved with Moroccan-style tiles and stone-clad walls, reinforcing the Mediterranean design theme. The bedrooms are bright and spacious, featuring arched windows. The master bedroom, in particular, showcases an earthy palette with an inset wall of raffia weave grasspaper, stone parquetry flooring, and a luxurious walk-in wardrobe and ensuites crafted from stunning oak wood.
