1. Technical parameters and location
According to the situational drawing, the project is defined as follows:
Existing building (SO01): It has a built-up area of 135m2 and is located on the plot of land st. 47.
New extension: It is designed with ground plan dimensions of 10x11.5m, which corresponds to an area of $115m2.
Engineering networks: There is an existing well on the plot with a connection northeast of the house. Electricity is provided by an overhead 0.4kV line, and an underground CETIN network line also runs along the road.
2. Architectural context
The photos show specific places that the extension should respect:
Materials and roof: The existing stone building already uses modern dark gray sheet metal roofing (folded sheet metal). For the visual unification of the "long house", it is crucial to use identical material for the new part as well.
Terrain: The house is situated on a gentle slope above road level, with visible stone retaining walls. The extension will require a sensitive foundation to seamlessly connect to the floor level of the existing building.
