Create a House with shop under it. Modern/ contemporary design. Tall ceilings. 60’ x 40’ shop on the bottom level The shop garage doors will be on the lake side (south facing). The main door to the house will be on the opposite side which is the street side. (North facing). From the street it will look like a ranch home. There will be a driveway that goes to the front of the house, but then also goes down the side of the house (on west side of the house) that goes around the back down below to the lake side to be able to get to the shop garage doors. The only way to enter the shop will be from going around to the back to the garage doors. There should also be a man door on west side as well. For the house: 60’ x 40’ (sits right on top of the shop), PLUS a small garage about 28’ x 28’. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms. Very open concept with living room, dining room, and kitchen. Large island in the kitchen. Large pantry ( possible dry pantry and wet pantry, or instead of a wet pantry maybe have a bar). Each bedroom should have a walk in closet. Master bedroom should have a big walk in closet, stand alone tub, walk in shower. The lake side of the house should have a large window wall with a deck. Have plenty of closet space. Make sure to utilize the fact that the window wall is facing the lake and Mountain Views. Ideally having a mudroom / utility room coming in from the garage. Garage- have a dog wash station in the garage that’s on a utility wall. The small garage is on the same level as the house and the garage door is on the street side. Exterior- From the street side, there should be curb appeal with a covered entry way and porch. The house and garage should make a slight L shape so it’s not just a square box.
